Cleaning Technician

We are looking to add a cleaning technician to our team!

Hours: Typically, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (We can accommodate school pick up/daycare schedules)

Work: Residential homes (no nights or weekends)

Pay: During 2 week training period $15/hr, after training period goes to $20/hr if performance is satisfactory, Additional pay assessment after 90 days

Requirements:

Reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Three references required
Reliable, punctual, and dependable
Willing to communicate with the owner and other team members as needed
Strong attention to detail
Cleaning experience required (residential or commercial)
Able to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks
Must have a reliable cellphone and be comfortable using a scheduling app
Respectful of clients’ homes and privacy
Professional appearance and demeanor
Non-smoker during shift
Looking for something longer-term, not just a few weeks
Comfortable working in homes with pets (we will not consider applicants uncomfortable with pets)
Willingness to travel within Knoxville, Maryville, and some surrounding areas
Ability to work independently and/or with a team
Takes initiative without constant supervision
Open to feedback and coaching
Ability to follow checklists and company systems
Consistent quality of work
Customer service mindset
Kind, non-judgmental, and willing to help others
