Our pricing for maintenance cleans varies based on the frequency of service because the buildup of dirt and grime between each clean affects the amount of work required. More frequent cleans generally mean less buildup, making each visit quicker and more efficient. Conversely, if a longer time has passed between cleans, there's usually more accumulation, which means the cleaning process will take longer and may require more intensive effort. Adjusting the price according to the frequency helps ensure we can provide the best possible service for your specific needs.

Our minimum price for a maintenance clean is $150

Maintenance cleans are priced on the day of the deep clean once we are familiar with your home. However, most of the time we are able to give you an estimated price range for your maintenance clean.

Prices are subject to change based on walkthrough on the day of the clean. To ensure the most efficient and effective cleaning, we ask that all personal items and clutter be tidied before our team arrives. If the are requires significant tidying before the cleaning can begin, we will need to add an upcharge. This is because extra time is needed to organize and clear spaces, which impacts the overall efficiency of the cleaning process.

All maintenance clients are REQUIRED to have an initial, professional deep clean for this reason.

***Our cleaning service operates on a flexible schedule, and while we strive to maintain consistency, please note that your scheduled cleaning date may vary from week to week due to unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you in advance of any necessary changes to the cleaning schedule, ensuring that the changes work for your schedule as well.

SCHEDULING APP: We use a scheduling app called Zenmaid which will send you text and email notification reminders about your cleaning appointments.

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we require that a signed cleaning contract and a valid credit/debit card be on file before we can schedule or perform any cleaning services!
